A certified cycling instructor, Jason will be teaching bootcamp and strength classes–and running as seldom as possible.
A 31-year veteran of Active, Reserve and National Guard service, Bill has trained hundreds of Future Soldiers and Warrior Leaders in basic personal fitness. From the old days of the “Dirty Dozen” in fatigue pants and combat boots to the new crossfit routines in workout shoes and stretchy pants, he has seen most of what the military has to offer in physical readiness. He is looking forward to working with people of all fitness levels, and though he is new to leading “civilians” in fitness workouts, he is excited to be part of our team.
