While HUB offers many group classes, from cycling and ZUMBA to boot camp and barre pilates, we also offer personal coaching for those runners and triathletes looking to either complete their first race or hoping to reach a personal best. And, because we know that no two athletes are alike, we get to know our athletes, understand their goals, learn their strengths and weaknesses, and only then do we create a training program.

From race-season planning, race-day goals, mental fitness or nutrition, we have the experience and the approach to help make sure you reach your full potential. And we work to create schedules and payment options that fit your life. Whether you simply need a boost for the eight weeks leading up to race day or you’d like yearlong training, we’ve got an option for you.

And she’s done it all while being a devoted mother—so she knows what it takes to help you reach your goals—no matter how lofty they may seem or even how hectic your life may seem.

Rose competed in her first endurance event, the World’s Toughest in Lake Tahoe, in 1990. Winning her age group at her first event proved to be the first in a long line of achievements. Those successes have given her the experience and insight to help guide many of her athletes to record personal bests in sprint to iron distance races.

Elizabeth began running at the age of 30 and hasn’t slowed down since. She has raced every distance from a 5k to a marathon, and has received awards for every distance, as well. She also has experience coaching groups and individuals of all skill levels—and success stories to go along with it.

As we tailor your workout routine, we list the purpose for each workout and solidify any goals you wish to acheive for your workouts and upcoming races. The schedule is built for you! With your weekly feedback, the program is updated to reflect how your training is progressing. Giving you specific paces for each run and target zones for each bike ride and swim will push you to your goals and place you where you want to be. Workouts can also be made flexiblie in order to accomodate changes in your schedule. We also assist with strength training, flexibility, nutrition, and form/speed drill work. As we continue to monitor your progress we will tailor your program as needed to ensure that your training is fitted to your needs.

Triathlon coaching Plans:

Our triathlon coaching plans and pricing are based on a monthly, 6 month or 12 month commitment. These plans include the complete package described above as well as unlimited contact via phone and email. In addition, our trialthlon plans include a HUB Fitness membership.

RUN coaching Plans:

Our run coaching plans and pricing are based on, but not limited to, a monthly, 6 month or 12 month commitment. These plans include the complete package described above as well as unlimited contact via phone and email.

We also have the following programs schedules available:

8 week schedule:

Good for those athletes who are well trained but are looking to fine tune or work on their weaker areas (5k-10k only).

12 Week Schedule:

Good for experienced athletes who have a good base of consistent running and are looking for the best way to peak for their goal 5k or 10k or for the beginner 5k-10k athlete.

16 Week Schedule:

Ideal for 5k-half marathon for beginner or intermediate runners who are looking for a solid program to get them to their race goal.

20 Week Schedule:

Highly recommended to allow for the most complete training and best performance. This program is good for the more experienced 5k-half marathon or the beginner marathoner.

24 Week Schedule:

Recommend to runners looking to optimize their performance with full Macro cycle of training. Ideal for the 5k to the marathon.
