STRENGTH CLASSES

BOOTCAMP

This 60-minute interval class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. The class is designed to be different all the time, so you never know what to expect, but you know it won't be boring. And while our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun, but be prepared for some high-intensity training.

BARRE PILATES

This 60-minute class integrates traditional Pilate's exercises with strengthening ballet moves and stretches. The class uses specific muscle shaping isometrics, as well as specific stretches that will effectively reshape the entire body. The workout utilizes the mat, a small ball, light hand weights and a barre to target all major muscle groups in a low impact workout. Core strength and lean sculpted muscles are emphasized, creating elongated legs, sculpted arms, lifted seat muscles and toned abdominals. The workout also emphasizes mental focus and proper breathing. While challenging and effective, this class is appropriate for all fitness levels and abilities.

CORE AND MORE

This 60-minute class is designed to tighten and tone your glutes and core with a variety of fun exercises that target the abs and glutes, two crucial (but often neglected) parts of our bodies.

HUB 360

This 60-minute strength training class will sculpt, strengthen and tone your entire body. The major muscle groups will be targeted using various equipment and your own body weight.
