CARDIO CLASSES

ZUMBA

This class takes the work out of workout. The 60-minute fun (and easy-to-follow) cardio dance class combines high-energy music with unique movements that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Remember the Elaine dance from Seinfeld? You won't look anything like that. Easy to follow–and something everyone can do–Zumba is the best way to “dance away your worries.”

HUB FIT

This 60-minute class is a HUB Fitness original. Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises using indoor bikes and body weight exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss or both, this class has what you're looking for.

HUB DRIVE

This 60-minute indoor cycling class consists of amazing cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs, and more. Our instructor will guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals. Because you control your own resistance levels, it's a great class for both beginners and seasoned pros.

HUB STEP

Step is a tremendous cardio workout. The 60-minute class incorporates a step platform and focuses on intense cardio movements. Fear not, though, as the class will offer variations for beginners to advanced steppers.

BOOTCAMP

This 60-minute interval class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. The class is designed to be different all the time, so you never know what to expect, but you know it won't be boring. And while our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun, but be prepared for some high-intensity training.

SOCIAL RIDE

This 45-minute class is a challenging ride. Each week we'll visualize several popular routes throughout North Greenville County and western North Carolina as we climb, sprint, and sweat our way to improved fitness. At the conclusion of our visualized group ride, we'll gather for a pint at Swamp Rabbit Brewery and Tap Room. Which will be well deserved.
